Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the European Union and internationally.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Within the EU: approx. 2–7 business days
- Outside the EU: approx. 7–15 business days
Delivery times are provided by PostNL and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How do I request a return?
You must submit your return request through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. Once approved, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Can I exchange my item for another product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
How are refunds processed in different currencies?
Refunds are always issued in the same currency used for the original payment. Due to exchange rates and possible bank fees outside our control, the amount received by the customer may vary slightly.

Where are your products made?
Our sunglasses are manufactured in China.
Do the sunglasses have UV protection?
Yes. All sunglasses carry CE, UKCA, and EN ISO 12312-1 certification for UV protection and comply with applicable European and UK standards.
What if the product looks different from the pictures?
We make every effort to display products accurately. Minor variations in color or details may occur due to screen settings.
Warranty & Repairs
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products sold to EU consumers include a legal 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How do I claim a warranty repair or replacement?
Please contact us with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate your request and provide instructions.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, and other local methods), as well as PayPal.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are listed in euros (€). However, customers may pay in their local currency where supported by Shopify Payments. Refunds are always processed in the same currency as the original payment.
Discounts & Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you offer permanent discounts (e.g., student or military)?
No. Discounts are only offered during special promotions.
Are promotional items returnable?
Yes, promotional items can be returned under the same 14-day withdrawal right.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
